However, he is generally quiet with a startlingly morbid streak; he is prone to voicing rather violent opinions and not being able to figure out why it bothers everyone. He has the social skills of a particularly intelligent rock, never knowing what to say to anybody, but he still manages to be likeable -- simply because it is his nature to be painfully polite most of the time. Shortly after birth, Shatter went to live with a bondmate that, eventually, abandoned him one way or another. No one knows quite how because he refuses to talk about it, and probably doesn't remember it anyway; it was long ago. He came to live on Iatro by pure chance, and grew rather fond of the wastelands near the equator of the planet. He chose to become a guardian, of sorts, and he makes it his duty to watch over the creatures that dwell there. |
